Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to deliver holistic and coordinated client care.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in treatment plans using our health information management system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying up to date with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including adults and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential is essential for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably with a variety of populations and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salaried position offers a competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, based on a candidate’s experience and hours worked.
