Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health issues, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and family groups using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support during acute situations, employing skills that could help de-escalate distress and facilitate safety.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills, proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and managing time effectively.
