Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload by establishing rapport with clients, providing individual therapy sessions, and conducting intake assessments to guide personalized treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population facing an array of mental health challenges. You will encounter clients dealing with substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. This role demands a nuanced understanding of these conditions, requiring you to tailor your therapeutic techniques based on individual client histories and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must hold an unrestricted and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Washington State.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, which has provided exposure to a wide variety of patient issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, which reflects the importance of your expertise and commitment to our clients. Additionally, we offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, meaning you will be compensated ahead of collections with no waiting period for reimbursement.
