This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to tailor your work schedule within our standard hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, offering guidance for a variety of emotional challenges and mental health concerns.

• Collaboratively set and monitor therapeutic goals tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering an environment of support and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Hold a current and valid license to practice independently, such as: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with community health resources will be advantageous as you navigate client care in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
