  • Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, risk assessments, and behavior modification strategies.

  • Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation, adhering to both internal standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement evidence-based screening tools as guided by clinical team protocols to inform treatment pathways.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and apply positive behavior support strategies for clients.
  • \n
  • Actively engage in the accreditation and licensing processes, maintaining current knowledge of industry standards.

  • Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community organizations, and relevant service systems to enhance client resources and outcomes.

  • Foster open communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and support our organization’s mission in the greater Spokane community.

  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with local, state, and regional agencies to drive program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking mental health therapy, those recovering from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges faced by these individuals, and a commitment to fostering their recovery paths through targeted interventions and therapeutic techniques.
