Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address clients’ mental health needs, including crisis intervention strategies.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools, leading to effective diagnosis and results-driven treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement behavior support plans that are client-centered and promote positive outcomes.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems, coordinating with state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and participating in task forces that enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

• Support the clinic's mission by integrating its values into your daily practice to enhance overall client satisfaction and engagement.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving veterans and their families, individuals navigating mental health challenges, and those in need of supportive services due to substance use or disabilities. As part of our patient-centered approach, you will actively work to establish strong therapeutic relationships and foster a supportive environment tailored to each client's unique background and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid LMHC License issued by the state board of Washington is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports reflecting clients’ progress.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to articulate ideas effectively in both verbal and written formats.

• Experience working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment with a focus on integrated healthcare models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
