Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to support clients' mental health.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging moments for clients, helping them navigate mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources to enhance their understanding and autonomy.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
