Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies and plans accordingly to enhance client outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support as needed, demonstrating effective de-escalation techniques and resource coordination.

• Maintain up-to-date and secure client records that comply with federal and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with a diverse team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

• Stay current with mental health trends, best practices, and continued medical education to ensure high-quality therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
