Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and developing effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and other evidence-based practices.

• Offering teletherapy options to clients facing accessibility challenges, thereby promoting mental health support without barriers.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license (such as LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD) to practice as a mental health therapist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, those with experience in trauma-informed care, teletherapy, or specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, or ACT will be favored. Experience working within a community health setting and engaging with multi-disciplinary teams is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment to quality care, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
