Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, identifying specific challenges, therapeutic goals, and appropriate intervention strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety, stabilization, and trust as they navigate through difficult periods.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health awareness, coping mechanisms, and local resources, helping to build a supportive community around them.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records that include assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
