Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with necessary flexibility to respond to client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and up-to-date license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Proven understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, alongside a deep commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Demonstrated experience leading both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally appropriate methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
