Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical expertise.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, reviewing and adjusting them as necessary.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Help clients set and achieve personal therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting strategies as required.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in a secure electronic health record (EHR) platform to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities through professional development, webinars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support range from adolescents to adults, each facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By using a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to navigate their difficulties while cultivating resilience and self-efficacy. The flexibility of teletherapy allows you to work with individuals who may have physical, geographical, or other barriers to accessing conventional therapy options.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating a safe and trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude that resonates with clients' experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage your case load and administrative tasks associated with client therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or experience in specific therapeutic modalities or populations (e.g., trauma-informed care, disaster response, etc.) will be beneficial.

• Understanding of telehealth practices and experience in delivering remote therapy sessions is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
