Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for development.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing established counseling modalities customized to meet clients' distinct needs.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused therapy based on client's preferences and the nature of their concerns.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring and adjusting strategies as necessary throughout the course of treatment.

• Provide virtual counseling services that cater to clients who have mobility issues or prefer online consultations, ensuring that mental health support is accessible to all.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to continually enrich your clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As a member of our team, you will work with clients aged from children to adults, adapting your therapeutic approaches to suit their unique life situations and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health counseling license in Washington state, including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and understanding in therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While prior experience in telehealth practice is advantageous, we provide training in specific digital platforms for effective and engaging online therapy. Specializations in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., EMDR, DBT) are welcomed but not required.
