Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for clients to express their concerns.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, including clear goals and methodologies aimed at improving clients’ mental health and overall quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in Washington State as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your professional license.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connections with clients and collaborative engagement with colleagues.

• Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively for teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
