Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish suitable therapeutic approaches tailored to individual goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, addressing conditions including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions and ongoing progress evaluations, actively involving clients in their care journey.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques and resources to ensure client safety during high-stress scenarios.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, coping strategies, and the resources available within the community to enhance overall support.

• Maintain meticulous client records according to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, coupled with an attractive sign-on bonus.
