This full-time position operates in a remote setup that allows counselors to manage their schedules effectively, providing services from the comfort of their chosen workspaces. The Radiant Mental Health team is available Monday through Saturday, allowing flexibility in session arrangements according to your availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique psychological needs.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary teams, sharing assessment insights and contributing to collaborative care plans during regular patient rounds.

• Provide case management, coordinating with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic care for each assigned patient.

• Maintain ethical standards through the timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Monitor patients' progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed based on responsiveness and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse adult populations at our Hospice Center, caring for individuals facing various mental health challenges, including grief, anxiety, depression, and end-of-life issues. The compassionate support you provide will directly influence their coping mechanisms and overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Bachelor's degree in social work or relevant counseling field required; additional certifications an advantage.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with hospice or end-of-life care.

• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based treatment practices.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar documentation tools.

• Ability to navigate and communicate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
