Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, creating personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to individuals, families, and groups.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and effective in emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
