Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to clearly identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to individual, group, and family dynamics.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients during acute distress situations, using effective de-escalation techniques and support strategies.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
