Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs while utilizing health assessment tools pertinent to the therapy field.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, following evidence-based practices tailored to each person's circumstances.

• Delivering therapy services utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, enhancing the therapeutic experience for individuals, groups, and families.

• Partnering with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a high level of coordinated care and communication throughout the treatment process.

• Providing crisis intervention services, drawing on your training and experience to support clients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
