Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans based on evidence-informed interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other established approaches to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the integrity of sensitive client information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n
