This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention by collaborating with clinical teams to design pre-crisis and crisis plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the treatment process, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans tailored to clients' specific situations.
\n
• Actively take part in licensing and accreditation efforts to uphold the quality of care provided by the clinic.
\n
• Foster communication and collaboration across various service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Network and build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote Diamond Path Counseling's programs and discover new funding opportunities.
\n
• Commit to personal and professional development by participating in continuing education, workshops, and community meetings.
\n
• Uphold and promote the agency’s mission and values through all facets of engagement, ensuring alignment with our organizational philosophy.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served by Diamond Path Counseling encompass a wide spectrum of needs, including individuals needing emotional support, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients facing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n
