Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards on time, ensuring clear communication and adherence to best practices.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to facilitate accurate diagnoses and personalized interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, utilizing insights from various stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage actively in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing compliance and best practices in mental health care.
