Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their family members about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress, modifying treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to interventions.

• Foster collaboration with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Stay informed of current research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance your clinical practice.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
