Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Engage in individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients in managing various mental health issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at providing peer support and psychoeducation for common mental health concerns, helping to foster a sense of community and collaboration among participants.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions, while regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Provide immediate support during crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with emergency resources when required to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health interventions and therapies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

Your primary focus will be on supporting adults and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. Clients may present with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, adjustment issues, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
