Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• State licensure as a full Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential for independent practice.
