Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address various behavioral health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healthy Rhythms, you will engage with a diverse client population, encompassing adolescents and adults from various backgrounds. The challenges faced by our clients may include but are not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use issues, trauma histories, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping them develop coping strategies, resilience, and overall emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 50,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
