Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, using solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods as necessary to fit individual needs.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring accurate documentation of patient care.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with a treatment team, participating in regular case consultations to refine care approaches and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients dealing with various forms of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.
