Our work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility depending on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that are grounded in evidence-based practices and utilize solution-focused interventions to develop comprehensive, tailored treatment plans.

• Implement and facilitate therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a variety of client concerns.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards, ensuring the protection of each client’s privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver integrated care to clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and improve the quality of care delivered to patients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Continuously stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field through research, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
