As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our telehealth facility, you will utilize secure, state-of-the-art video conferencing tools to conduct sessions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health status and challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to provide empathetic, culturally competent care will be essential in helping clients navigate their paths to recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a focus on inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
