Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, including intake interviews and ongoing evaluations to determine treatment needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
