Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, and develop effective treatment plans that address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling, guiding clients through difficult emotional states to achieve greater stability.

• Maintain meticulous records, including clinical and progress notes, in compliance with company policies and state regulations to ensure accountability and continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, actively participating in case reviews and discharge planning to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engage with community leaders, representing Within Therapy & Wellness in meetings and initiatives designed to enhance community awareness and support the social needs of our patients.

• Utilize digital tools and methodologies effectively in teletherapy sessions to create an engaging and interactive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent mental health license is essential; acceptable licenses include Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of professional counseling experience, particularly in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
