Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of assigned patients to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Act as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through the therapeutic process and ensuring they understand their treatment plan and progress.

• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to facility policies and procedures, continually assessing the therapeutic space for client comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LPC will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this Licensed Professional Counselor position is competitive, offering between $90,000 and $100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
