Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and to facilitate discharges when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Create and maintain timely documentation and progress notes for every client interaction to ensure accurate records.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client information for informing treatment planning.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, typically scheduled weekly, to support ongoing client needs.

• Participate proactively in supervision sessions, fostering personal growth and clinical skill enhancement.

Qualifications\n
