Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Facilitate consultations and assist in creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies to promote client success.

• Document and complete required clinical paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as outlined by the clinical team to effectively evaluate client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement comprehensive behavioral support plans.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the organizational quality and compliance efforts.

• Serve as a liaison with community resources, state agencies, and relevant service systems, facilitating appropriate access to services for clients.

Qualifications\n
