Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments for adult clients to evaluate their mental health needs and concerns, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and methodologies.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients’ needs effectively.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on realistic goals and tracking their progress through consistent follow-ups.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards regarding patient privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
