Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake interviews to understand clients' mental health concerns, needs, and goals.

• Create, implement, and regularly update tailored treatment plans based on therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, empowering clients to work through prevalent issues such as anxiety, depression, and past trauma.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, maintaining ongoing communication to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring that access to care is both convenient and effective.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and other relevant notes to comply with regulatory requirements and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
