Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client mental health and guide treatment planning.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote lasting client engagement and wellness.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards and quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, forging relationships that enhance client care and access to resources.
