Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a remote setting while remaining actively involved in an outpatient office atmosphere. With a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will be part of a supportive team focused on providing exceptional care. Some evening shifts and flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' psychological status and create tailored treatment plans based on their unique diagnoses.

  Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

  Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional well-being, personal development, and the enhancement of coping strategies.

  Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental health.

  Assist in crisis intervention, providing timely support and guidance to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

  Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

  Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing professional development activities to enhance personal and organizational knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a diverse patient population grappling with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology obtained from an accredited institution.

  A current and valid license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients to foster trust and openness.

  Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and possess strong computer application skills.

  Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health evaluations, accurately diagnose disorders, and formulate effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

  Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience focused on individualized and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
