Work Environment\n

In the current landscape of healthcare, our clinic leverages the power of telehealth to broaden access to mental health services. The remote setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while also providing you with the necessary tools and support to deliver optimal care effectively. You will work primarily from home, with a structured schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, coupled with occasional flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address patients' unique situations.

• Facilitate educational and support groups that empower patients and foster community connections among individuals dealing with similar challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and holistic patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises with immediate action plans, providing essential support and interventions during emergencies.

• Educate patients on managing their mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage proactive self-care and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and credentials.
