Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to evaluate patient needs accurately.

• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized assessment and comprehensive treatment plans that address unique mental health concerns.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, applying evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Implement psychotherapy and supportive therapeutic techniques such as problem-solving, role-playing for skill development, and assertiveness training to enhance patients' social and interpersonal skills.

• Document all patient encounters comprehensively in the electronic health record, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and monitoring treatment outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with referral sources and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care and effective patient management.

• Regularly assess and measure patient progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and revise treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health disorders, trauma histories, and co-occurring disorders. By providing culturally competent and patient-centered care, you will assist clients in navigating their challenges and achieving meaningful improvements in their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in providing patient care in a mental health or clinical setting.

• Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear quality notes and intake reports.

• Strong time management skills and the capacity to handle a caseload with varying demands and complexities.
