Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and psychological well-being and establish baselines for treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances, regularly updating them as clients progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, providing regular updates to clients and adjusting treatment modalities as required.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support services to clients experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists to deliver holistic client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide therapy and support to a diverse array of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, often requiring sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
