Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, aiding in identifying tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, leveraging evidence-based practices to foster resilience in clients.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, providing safe spaces for patients to process their trauma and enhance coping mechanisms.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Educate patients and family members on trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them with valuable information and resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our outpatient center serves a diverse clientele, and your personalized approach will play a critical role in fostering their emotional recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating hands-on knowledge in trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.

• Proficient understanding of trauma-related disorders and contemporary, trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• A demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

• Ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
