Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows for flexibility while working from home. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but some adjustments may be necessary based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs, trauma history, and strength-based approaches to treatment.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
