Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly understand patients' personal trauma histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and resilience, ensuring alignment with evidenced-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated care, ensuring holistic support for patients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies, providing immediate support to individuals in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and how to access additional resources within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon.
