Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' history and identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, integrating evidence-based practices to guide therapy.

• Utilize trauma-focused therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that empower patients to process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and ensure patient needs are thoroughly met.

• Provide timely crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering support and immediate therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals affected by trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience working with trauma-focused therapies.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
