Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building, utilizing approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance overall understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Engage in continuous education to stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, particularly those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, or dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focused on trauma recovery is preferred.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations while managing a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
