Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate individual trauma histories and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and patient engagement.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to process trauma, practice coping strategies, and pursue healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and integrated treatment planning.

• Offer crisis intervention services and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing your expertise to stabilize and guide clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact trauma survivors, including individuals dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, with a commitment to ongoing education and improvement.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, with strong crisis intervention skills.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technology for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
