Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans suited to individual needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Maryland, allowing you to practice independently within the state.

• While a minimum of two years of experience working with clients undergoing emotional and psychological challenges is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds who exhibit a strong commitment to mental health intervention.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems (EMR) and telehealth platforms.

• A demonstrated history of providing high-quality counseling services to diverse populations, including individual and group therapy settings.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, full-time counselors are eligible for:
