Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals from the Yakima area who are navigating complex mental health issues, often compounded by co-occurring medical conditions. This includes patients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health concerns while managing chronic illnesses. Your ability to provide integrated care will be vital in helping patients achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs of individuals with dual diagnoses, specifically those with medical conditions that impact their mental health.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Knowledge of electronic health record systems and proficiency in computer applications to manage documentation and telehealth interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
