Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify their primary concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored specifically to each client’s unique circumstances, including various therapeutic modalities appropriate for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate comprehensive support, ensuring seamless care delivery.

• Stay informed of the latest industry best practices and research through ongoing training and professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

• Engage in program development initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving the client experience.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients in distress, ensuring safety and immediate support during pressing situations.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to clients dealing with emotional and psychological challenges is preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in establishing rapport with and providing support to a diverse clientele, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health and wellness needs. As an added benefit, our counselors have free access to the telehealth platform's services as clients, fostering a deeper understanding of the care provided.
